Earl Grey Oatmeal
You’ve probably never thought of putting a tea bag in your oatmeal, but give it a try! This oatmeal is delicious, low-cost, and will keep you full until lunchtime.
Servings: 2
What you’ll need:
2 cups of milk
1 Earl Grey tea bag
1 cup oats
Cinnamon, to taste
Optional: Pumpkin pie spice, to taste
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
Optional: Unsweetened coconut shreds or frozen berries
Directions:
Add the milk and Earl Grey tea bag to a pot. Place on low heat and bring to a simmer.
Sprinkle in the cinnamon and pumpkin spice to taste.
Stir in the oats, coconut oil, and peanut or almond butter (keep the tea bag in the pot).
Once the oats are soft, add them to your bowl and remove the tea bag.
Top with whatever you like!
