Plus, there’s no need to worry about frozen foods spoiling quickly. They allow you to enjoy your favorite fruits and veggies all year long, even when they’re out of season. You can enjoy them as they are (frozen mango chunks and grapes are a delicious treat) or thaw by placing them in the microwave for a minute or two. Just make sure you drain any extra water if you’re using them in a recipe.
